Only thing I liked about the motel was the price and how close it was to everything and not far from downtown.
I did not like that the first room they gave me, the sink did not drain, and the door to the bathroom literally would not close at all. So it gave whoever was in there no privacy, thankfully they switched our room but it was still an inconvenience.
not very clean especially the sheets breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30 but it was stil closed at 6:45
The location to shopping and the freeway. The staff was great, we were put in a smaller room and I went to the desk and told them I would pay for an upgrade and they gave it to me for the same price.
The walls between rooms are thin.
It was cheap for Portland area. If you want a cheap place to sleep, and get up and out in the morning.
Breakfast was a joke. Should have just stated "free" coffee, instead of stating breakfast. Towels in bathroom were clean but well used. King size bed with 3 tiny pillows. Internet was not working.
The rooms were very clean, the staff was very friendly and willing to accomodate as much as they could.
The location was less than plesent it is definitly not the best looking on the outside, but even though there is an adult club next door you do not hear any outside buisness going on.
Comfortable, located next to MAX train station. Train goes to downtown every 5 mn. Staff is nice. Room clean and beautiful.
Cleaning service just fair. Could be better.
Cheap prices and continental breakfast.
Smell, Strip club next door, awkward layout of room, staff were not knowledgeable.
the price was very fairfor the 2 night pkg
I did care for the fact that the room was not cleaned up earlier in the day, It was not ready by 4 pm and we were leaving for dinner and had to go to desk to mention that, also when we returned the bed was changed but the shower had not been cleaned properly a big hair ball in the shower
Neither wifi nor air conditioning worked.
I liked that it was close, convenient, inexspensive, and relaxing!:)
I didn't like because it didn't have a radio. other then that it was great!:):):):):)
I paid for 3 nights in advance and only stayed for 1 night. Hotel would only refund 1 night's fee. Extremely disappointed.
They lied about how close they were to teh City of Portland. The location address says Portland, but we were in Beaverton. The directions were not well written out. The continental breakfast was plastic wrapped dollar store items with juice and coffee. They never refill the fruit bowl if you come at 830 or later, false advertisement. Parking was pretty bad in teh evening as there's a exotic dancing club next door, so horrible for families to stay nearby. Room service never came by in 2 days.
Spacious room, comfortable bed. Room was clean and well supplied. Queen room I booked was not available but desk person put us in a king room at no extra cost.
A lot of freeway noise. Continental breakfast was pretty dismal. Tv channel selection poor.
This motel is cheap, but good for only sleeping. Customer Service was poor with a bad attitude. One of our rooms failed to be cleaned by the maids one of the days. Broken toilet seat made it to difficult to use bathroom. Fridgerator was broken and emitted a terrible smell. Overall, cheap place 10 miles from downtown Portland, but many things for them to work on in the future.
It was close to Portland without being in downtown Portland.
Staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Wifi doesn't work in most rooms. Strip club right next door means loud nights and occasional disturbances outside your room.
